If you are planning to undertake works to your property which fall within the scope of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, we can advise you on the necessary procedures. Alternatively if you have been served Notice by a neighbour in relation to their proposed works and require a Party Wall surveyor to act on your behalf, we would be pleased to assist.
