David Graves BSc FRICS
David Graves has specialised in the residential sector of the market and has spent the last 40 years building up a wealth of knowledge on property in and around the London area. David qualified in 1978 and after working in the public sector for several years decided to make his career in a private partnership. Throughout this period he has developed a thorough understanding of residential property undertaking Building Surveys and HomeBuyer Reports along with valuations and party wall matters.
He has two sons and lives in Surrey.
Stewart White BSc MRICS
Stewart White has over 30 years experience working in London and the South East of England. After several years working for commercial practices in the City and West End of London he helped form the current partnership at its inception in 1998. Stewart is now responsible for commercial property matters but is also active within the residential survey and valuation side of the operation with a particular interest in lease extension and enfranchisement matters.
He is married and lives with his wife Sara in New Malden, Surrey.
Both David and Stewart are Registered Valuers under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuer Registration Scheme.
